DAAB Principles
- 1. We are a group of delay analysis experts who have many years of experience in construction disputes, particularly delay analysis.
- 2. Our sole purpose is to provide advice to appointed Adjudicators and Arbitrators where delay is a matter of dispute.
- 3. This is to augment the adjudicators current expertise in delay analysis methods and techniques.
- 4. We operate worldwide wherever there is an adjudication nominating body that appoints adjudicators for disputes.
- 5. We do not operate as adjudicators and we abide by the adjudicators instructions.
- 6. We charge a standard fixed fee for each dispute.
- 7. We are independent practitioners with no attachment to larger consultancies
